The hotel is recently renovated, exceptional value, has easy location close to the sea, Cardiff and the trucks in the park started moving out. The room is tastefully decorated and there are nice views of the sea. The food is good and the breakfast was warm.

The staff was very helpful.
At the moment it is very noisy there because of reconstruction and new building and the room smells of oil paint.

The signs to the hotel car park could be clearer/better/ more frequent. As a tourist not familiar with the area, the access through several roundabouts is unfortunately quite confusing.

Navigating the car park was confusing due to unclear signage, and the presence of vans and camper vans made parking even tighter. There were a few stray hairs found in the toilet and surrounding sink area upon arrival that detracted from cleanliness. The room became uncomfortably warm at night, and I banged my head twice on the clothing hooks overhead. They definitely need to be positioned better to avoid that mishap.
